Thanks for visiting my site! I'm just an invididual with nonsense to say, but I thought it'd be a good idea to have a privacy page.

Information Collected

The following data is collected by the web host, and is made available to me:

Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address(es),
Your browser's user agent (information about your browser software such as the version number),
The page resources requested (e.g. HTML pages and images), and
Any other HTTP GET request headers sent by your browser (e.g. HTTP protocol version, Webkit version, etc).

This information is logged for diagnostics and troubleshooting.

Important Notes

No cookies are used at all, neither first nor third-party (so no irritating cookie warning notices).
JavaScript is used extremely sparingly (only on one page at present).
The site will always be usable with JavaScript disabled, because it's such a drag on performance.
With the exception of explicit hyperlinks to other websites, no third party web resources are used.
That means no jQuery, no Google Analytics, no tracking pixels, and so on.
Web fonts used by the website are hosted by the site.
No advertisements (banners) or sponsored posts are here, because I don't like them either.
Software available on this website is to be used at your own risk.

This site exists for my amusement, and maybe for others too. (Point and laugh!) I don't make money from it, instead I get to moan about things people don't think about.

I don't even know if anyone reads these pages. The data above is collected, but I don't look at it.
